If all you're counting on are self-determination and never-ending motivation - you're doing yourself, and your business, a great disservice. We both know it's hardly sustainable for a long period of time. And there's no shame in it, ALL of us deal with this on regular basis. 

We know what needs to be done. But we can use some help sorting the priorities so we don't get overwhelmed in the process. 

To make sure things get done, to be the most efficient, successful, without wasting precious time and energy on things that don't bring you results? Try one thing that works like magic. 

Accountability.

That's a serious difference.

By being accountable to someone else, you just dramatically increased the odds of achieving what you set yourself to achieve.

When you set up your goals, what stands in your way are usually 2 things:

1) you run into an issue how to do a certain thing (that's where the support comes in handy so you don't get stuck and tripped)

2) your own boss. Yes, I mean YOU. 

We work for the worse boss, don't we? One that is distracted, emotionally unstable, excited, determined, and discouraged all within one hour... It's extremely hard to sustain high motivation long-term, on your own. That's a scientific fact.

By doing a million things at the same time, we end up doing nothing well. If you had a paid employee with the productivity on the task you're working on, would you be happy with the performance (and results) of that employee?  

We as small business owners, WE ARE in charge of how we use our time.

Which could be a good thing.

Which could be a terrible thing. 

If you're smart and taking your goals seriously, you arm yourself with the best tools to get the job done. You don't leave it to a chance and set yourself up for success. And it may or may not start with the "morning routine" trick. 

Our productivity is directly measured in dollars.

Which means that if stuff doesn't get done, you don't get paid. And your business suffers.

There is a simple solution - one that's crazy simple, not another drag on your time, and guarantee you will stay on track (unless you give up on yourself).

All the support, help, accountability, brainstorming, and a strong community of other smart business owners who knows it gets DONE when you have the best tools on hand.
