That was me just a few years ago. Running in circles.

Too proud and stubborn, insisting I'm smart enough to figure it out on my own (like I always did). Feeling like a fraud because while I was training others how to sell better, I couldn't get traction online.

Enough to lose confidence, doubt yourself, lose sleep over, and snap at your loved ones when they ask, "So, how is that business thing going?" The longer I was failing myself, it felt like someone was squeezing my throat and I couldn't breathe. 

Even though I ran companies before, repeatedly beat the competition in different industries with my own sales method, led teams, companies, taught classes, trained newbies.

I knew what needed to be done. But I wasn't doing it!

I thought there must be another secret tool, method, or solution I've missed. The more hours (and $$) I put in, stealing the time and energy from my family - the less my bank account reflected my efforts.

The more I was pushing and complicating things, the more desperate I was.

Sounds familiar?

Until I admitted that I need to be accountable to somebody (aside from myself)

• I needed someone who’ll help me focus on priorities and set aside what can wait. To work more efficiently.
• I didn’t need another coaching program, I didn’t need to spend $25K, I didn’t need to spend $15K, or $10K - not even $5,000.
• I just needed somebody who understands what I’m going through and who'll be there to support me!  

Someone, I can tell what I have done, what I’m going to do, and who'll hold me accountable to my own goals.

Someone I can ask for help when stuck.  I needed that little extra push.

Knowing he would read my email, reply to my questions and give me advice when needed. Knowing I wasn’t in this alone.

And my own sales coach provided just that.

HOW IT WORKS:

1. Every Friday for the following 52 weeks, I send you a short & sweet email with the three same questions. Helpful but a little entertaining also.

2. You reply anytime over the weekend (it shouldn't take you more than 15 minutes) and I respond to you privately the following week. 

3. You get feedback and specific questions answered if you raised them. No need to interrupt your work to get ready for the ZOOM call. It's all done via email.

It gets better.

Once a month we'll have a call with other business owners so we can form a community, meet, brainstorm, answer questions directly, give you the additional support you may need, or simply talk and network.
