Welcome to the first episode of the year 2024  (although I said episode #2 on the recording). My apologies, technology gave me a hard time first weeks of the New Year. All is well now :)

In this episode, I was excited to interview a first-time mom, a charming Casey Weiss, a certified holistic nutritionist and life coach. Casey founded her company YOUR CASE FOR WELLNESS to help women get out of the diet spiral to finally both feel and look their best and healthiest.
